You will communicate directly with the Founder, Ed Terwellen, and he will evaluate your home or office cleaning needs and provide an affordable estimate. Upon arrival at your home or office, Ed will conduct an on-site overview with you to finalize the scope of work. You can always make adjustments to the job if needed. Once the work is complete, Ed will once again conduct a walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction.
